Medley Studios Singing Showcase 2009

Medley Studios Singing Showcase 2009, was a complete success!! I am so proud of how every student performed on the night, it is so exciting to see how you are all progressing.

A particularly big well done for those of you who had never performed before, you behaved like true professionals. I was also pleased to hear that our industry professionals who came along were very impressed and are keen to see more. Keep up the good work, and watch this space for more info regarding our next Showcase in October!

Victoria James : Talented New Singing Teacher

I am very pleased to announce the addition of a very talented new teacher to our studios! Victoria James has been a student of mine for a while now, and has naturally made the progression into a great singer, performer and now, vocal coach. I’m sure you will all agree that Victoria will be a great member of our team!

Our Talent Show on Friday 16th July 2010

Our Talent Show has been booked for Friday 16th July 2010, and is to be held at The Pegasus Club in Corringham. We have two categories, the 13 years and under, and the 14 yrs and over (including Adults).

Please contact the studio if you would like to enter. Closing date for acts is 30th May 2010. All acts will need to be screened prior to acceptance. First prize is four free vocal lessons at Medley Studios, as well as a day in a recording studio!!!!

Singing tuition with Joshua Alamu.

We are now offering one to one song writing tuition with Joshua Alamu. Check on the website for dates of his visits. Book soon to avoid dissapointment!

Parent and Toddler Singing Classes have now started

Parent & Toddler classes are starting here on Thursday 15th April. Classes will run weekly from 11am-12pm. The cost is £5 per session. Call Vicky on 07950 829439 for more info.

Classes for children with Special Needs. 27th June 2010

I am pleased to announce we will be starting music/singing classes for children with Special Needs. The first class is on Sunday 27th June, and will run weekly every sunday from 12-1pm. The cost of this class is £20 per calendar month.

These classes provide stimulation using music and song, whilst encouraging skills for children with all levels of disability. Parents can play an active role within these lessons, and are encouraged to do so. We can provide a singing/music class for children of any age and ability.
